RETAIL CUSTOMER RETURN
We are unable to accept returns from individual customers as our transaction is with our supply chain (retailer or wholesaler), not the end user (customer). This also applies to refunds and exchanges or faulty items received as gifts. All individual customer purchases should be returned to the retailer from where they were purchased for a refund or exchange in line with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Distance Selling Regulations.
